EU Gambling Law Tracker – February 2023

The European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) has published its latest EU Gambling Law Tracker.

During the past month, Sweden, Spain, Hungary and France have notified new draft gambling laws to the European Commission.

Have a question? Contact Daniele Perrone for more information.

** The tracker provides information about draft gambling laws that national authorities have notified the European Commission through the Technical Regulation Information System (TRIS). The tracker should not be considered, nor is it intended to be, a complete overview of the latest developments in gambling regulation in European countries.
