Enforcement co-operation
EGBA believes in supporting appropriate cross-border enforcement co-operation so that governments and citizens can feel confident that regulators throughout Europe are able to co-ordinate and respond to any customer issues raised in relation to their licensees, no matter where the customer is based. EGBA is working on an initiative to promote co-ordination and co-operation between regulating authorities and we hope to bring you more on this soon.
